Biozone Scientific was formed in 1996 as a designer and manufacturer of advanced air purification systems.  We began our company with the belief that applied science, combined with the most modern technologies available in the industry, would allow us to produce a single, advanced purification process that would neutralize a much wider array of indoor pollutants than other available devices ...and we were right. Today, providing safe, effective purification of indoor air, continues to be our primary focus. We've developed a superior line of products with a broad range of uses, both commercial and residential, which are now sold by Independent Sales Representatives and Authorized Dealers around the world.  We also work with a wide variety of businesses and organizations to provide affordable, custom solutions to perplexing and seemingly unsolvable problems related to odor, sanitation, or indoor air quality. We're confident that Biozone Scientific UV air purifiers are the most effective, affordable, best-backed air  cleaning products on the market today. In homes and offices around the world, Biozone systems are hard at work keeping the air our customers breathe pure and free of allergens, contaminants, harmful gases, germs and viruses,for families, businesses, hospitals, and more.

Our Return Policy: There's virtually no risk to try a Biozone air purifier. When you purchase an air purifier from us, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to use and evaluate your machine. If you are not completely satisfied with your unit, then simply ship it back to us.  All we ask is that you contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of your package. We respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages which do not display this number, for our protection.

Simply return the unit with all of the original packaging and the uncompleted warranty card and owner's manual. The unit must be in saleable condition, clean, and undamaged. Insurance or Delivery Confirmation is recommended but not required. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of returned items.

Please return units only to the return address we provide you, NOT to the Biozone address on the shipping carton. We cannot issue refunds on returned merchandise if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met. We hate to do it, but we will assess a 10% restocking fee for all returned orders that do not comply with our Return Policy.

We offer a three (3) year parts and labor warranty against faulty parts or workmanship.
